[Funding Alert] Sustainable Clothing D2C Brand, Prakrti Raises Strategic Investment Led By Marwari Catalysts

Sustainable Clothing brand, “Prakrti” said it has raised an undisclosed amount in strategic investment led by Marwari Catalysts.

November 30: The Direct-to-Consumer brand, Prakrti Cloth Cafe is a Jaipur-based brand founded by Ankit Saxena, a first-generation entrepreneur in June’20, Since then brand has achieved strong growth in its D2C revenues and has been profitable since beginning.

Prakrti makes sustainable womenswear clothing and plans to use the amount to ramp up inventory, launch new products, and augment its marketing and tech development.

The startup is also in advanced talks with various angel investors to raise more funding in near future.

Accelerated by Marwari Catalysts, Prakrti was selected out of 300+ startups in the accelerator’s last D2C cohort.

The brand’s aim is to build a large sustainable clothing brand in womenswear that offers the latest fashion manufactured in a sustainable way at affordable prices. As of today’s date, Prakrti primarily sells on its own website as well as marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, Zivame etc.
