Policy Alignment & Government Support
Unistar Multimedia previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Uttarakhand on 1 November 2023 to establish a Next-Generation Technologies & Data Centre Division, with an investment outlay of approximately ₹50 crore.
Arzani India will now serve as the operating vehicle to implement and expand that vision.

Arzani India will be led by Managing Director Mr. Abhishek Thakkar, bringing strategic experience in technology, infrastructure and enterprise growth.
