The event is \u00a0graced by ADG &amp; IG I.P.S. Sanjay Singh, as the Chief Guest, who shared his number of reformation \u00a0measures for the inmates, \u00a0Chinese Consul \u00a0General Zha Liyou appreciated \u00a0the positive measures Taken by the state Government for the welfare of inmates which is a welcome change and very humane. Rotary International President Rtn Shekhar Mehta, expressed his desire to extend Rotary support.
